1 ![]() This is the West Hartford Town Hall on 10/8/09. It used to be our high school, and it looks as great as ever! ![]()
2 ![]() My MUCH better half, Lois Spencer. Thank you Dave Pye for this picture! 3 Vic Spencer and John Nolton. I was surprised how much in common he and I have had during my career. It is time for a serious diet for me. 4 5 6 7 Dottie Selden Stone is the third one from the right. I was most impressed with her remaining nice and kind under pressure, always cheerful at a time when a few others were not during the past. She married a very nice person, George, and hope that we will maintain a friendship in the future. 8 9 Marilyn Mascalo and Tom Nystrom. Very nice couple. Tom was very helpful to me when I once called for info after the reunion. 10 11 Both Lois and I felt that both Bob and Jane make a very good looking couple. 12 14 Lois my fantastic wife on the right and Betsy and Bill Tuel. I think that we will be great friends. 16 17 Hank! Hank, are you listening?! If you would like a more serious relationship with her, I will fix you up. Just ask. What are old buddies for? 18 You are not going to believe this! This is Hanafi's bird-call demonstration. He said "The bird is going to be right here in five minutes!" Then he said the magic words "lelle...lelle...lelle..." pointing to his right side. Noki said "I don't think I believe this...". Patty said "This is going to be... a... riot!! Watch Vic smiling! These guys are up to something!". John was thinking "This is a lot of BS." And voila! The bird came in two minutes, set right there, and was all over Hanafi. This man is enormously talented. And funny!! But...I don't understand why Hanafi looks 20 years younger than what his age is supposed to be. 19 ![]() Marty and Dee Dee Jaffe ![]()

That's what friends are for!" 24 ![]() ![]() 26 Ginny and Don Ludwig 27 Bill Hazard, Bill Malloy and Terry Brewer 31 Jerry Opinsky, Jane Klein Powell, Scott and Elaine Berman Cunningham 32 33 Dotti Selden Stone and Kathy Morey Nelson. 34 Judy Goldstein Evans, Larry Mosesson 35 36 37 Mary and Ed Tulloch, a great old friend and his beautiful wife. I hope that we stay in touch. Ed asked me what I was doing and had to tell him that I just quit my pole dancing job. I never understood women complaining during my younger days, but I can tell you that it is degrading and awful to be a sex symbol. I understand that now. 38 It's a good thing I spotted the laser pointer on Ron's head. I had to practically yell on the intercom "Wrong target!". Just kidding. 39 Jobeth and Richard Mount, Hanafi Libman 40 41 43 44 45 Jane Cave, Patty who thinks "Who is this man next to me?", Howie Lamson who thinks "The guy switched my plate while he took my picture and my wallet!" So Jane says "Howie, you are Howard now. Get it together." 46 47 48 49 50 51 Ray and Ann Rohan Wilson 53 54 55 Mike and Joan Cellini 56 57 58 59 60 61 62 63 64 65 ![]() Thank you Dave Pye for this picture! 66 I love this woman. Not just because she is my wife, but because she is the cutest of the cute. 67 68 69 70 ![]() I liked Noki very much. She gave an great speech about her life to date with an incredibly good sense of humor, when in fact she and her husband must have experienced great hardships. I would like to meet both of them some day. ![]() I have noticed this...
71 This is a fantastic composition from the site of our October 4 brunch. I really love it. This picture is ALIVE for me. 72 ![]() I am very lucky. Lois is four years younger than I am. My wife is just beautiful, and a very nice person and friend as well. I did not take this photo and would like to thank whoever did it. 73 Bob and Lynne Miller; a great couple that I also liked a lot. 74 Dr. Dunn, our former vice principal, my role model to this date, and his lovely wife. My trip was worth it just to see them. 75 79 80 Betsy my buddy and me, Vic Spencer. 81 Great picture contributed by Keith Barnes. Thank you very much! 82 Great picture contributed by Keith Barnes. He posted it on the committee's Web site, but could not attend the reunion. Obviously this event is very close to his heart. I have to tell you what he did for me. I did not have a yearbook, I asked class mates for a copy, three were promised, but ended up getting none for various reasons. I did not ask Dick Horowitz for it. About ten days before the reunion, I received an email from Dick out of the blue asking me for my address because "I understand you would like a copy of the 59 yearbook". I received a complete copy overnight. What an example of incredible human kindness. I will never forget it.

Great memories ladies! ![]() Whoever took THIS picture did much better than I did with the same group, so many thanks to you. These ladies and Bob were class mates in THIRD GRADE! The plan was to use the same aircraft. In Philadelphia we could not go forward because the parking break on the right wheel would not release. It was broken into three pieces. After a four-hour wait, the flight was canceled. We got a hotel room and slept for four hours. Something felt funny in my right ear. It was a suppository. At least I knew where my hearing aid was.
The next morning we flew to Washington, DC. Our luggage was lost but recovered in a day. Such things happen. The US Airways people were very helpful I must say, but we were happy to land in Knoxville, TN finally. The Knoxville area is a beautiful place. It will pleasantly surprise you if you look at it. Here I am making a landing in Knoxville. Would you like to come along?
Yes I have barf bags. Here are a few pictures of our airport in Knoxville, TN. The floors and gates are constructed from marble mined in Tennessee.
